Reiki is a spiritual practice that evokes deep healing, relaxation and calm. My clients, herd and I benefit from it every day as a way to be present and in the moment.

The application of Reiki is useful to deal with our own energetic issues, ensuring we start sessions in a good space, are a pure vessel for our clients and that we remain centred and grounded. 

For the horses you work with Reiki helps to build a strong trust-based bond. It improves communication between you and the horse, gives you a way to improve their health, deal with illness or injury, know how they are feeling, emergency first aid when they're spooked or injured or to provide two-way support after a difficult or heavy session.
