Keogh Caisley

One of our very first corporate clients, Keogh Caisley, a local law firm wanted to offer staff an enjoyable training experience as a reward to staff for their hard efforts.

With a mixture of horse owners and those with no horse experience, it made for an enjoyable experience to watch the participants work together and grow in confidence.

The key themes they learnt about were:

• boundaries for animals and humans

• self-belief

• asking for help when needed

• the benefits of clear instructions

• the importance of rapport on building relationships

• how different group members bring different qualities

• the value of leadership and how together more can be accomplished.
