A pioneering drinks provider, Atom was looking for a team building experience to support senior leaders as the company went through a structural change.

HorseSense UK delivered two Team Building days for a number of staff exploring non-verbal communication, authentic presence, giving clear instructions and the 4 Positions of Leadership.

Particular attention was given to wellbeing and self-care, something the company wanted to lead on for staff.
