About the event

Do you need to recover from a busy and demanding few years? Perhaps you find it difficult to stay focused at work due to competing pressures and lack of resources? Do you find it hard to switch off from work? Or perhaps you are experiencing compassion fatigue?

As someone that works with psychology and mental health, the priority is helping others and your needs usually come bottom of the pile – both at work and outside work. The result? Stress, risk of burn out, feeling depleted and a lack of joy.

If this sounds familiar, this workshop is for you!

Set in the beautiful Sussex countryside and away from the hustle and bustle of life, Leadership and Wellbeing Coach Becci Godfrey and the HorseSense UK horses invite you to relax and reconnect with yourself, others and what you are passionate about in this profound one day learning opportunity.

As a qualified Equine Facilitator, Becci partners with horses and their natural environment to help you anchor deep into your parasympathetic nervous system. From here and with the help of the horses, you will be invited to explore:

  • inner and outer connection
  • what brings you joy in your work
  • what it means to be authentic
  • what challenges you are facing in the workplace
  • something you would like clarity on
  • pressures outside of work and how to navigate them
  • how to create balance in your life

This day is a self-development and self-care workshop, benefitting you personally and professionally and could be counted towards professional development. It is a chance for you to reflect on the challenges of work and how it impacts on you as a person; your life outside work and is an opportunity to create balance, purpose and joy. By partnering with the horses, you will gain a deep and unique perspective, helping you to unlock your inner wisdom to benefits yourself, and those you come into contact with.

There are 4 places available for this unique event. No prior experience of horses is required as full guidance will be given and all interactions take place at your own pace and on the ground.

The ticket fee includes a buffet lunch. Please reach out if you have any questions.
