About the event

In a world that is increasingly dominated by AI, high pressure levels and teams that are struggling to keep up, we need to engage effective learning opportunities that develop the skills that will lead to success.

Organisation development experts Passe-Partout and HorseSense UK have teamed up to offer an experiential taster morning with horses to demonstrate the power and efficacy of Equine Facilitated Coaching.

Valued for it's not-judgemental and holistic approach, Equine Faciliated Coaching provides a novel, immersive learning experience, allowing deep and impactful learning in a short space of time. Calling on the horse's 55 million years of leadership expertise, this 3-hour workshop will demonstrate the Equine Faciliated Coaching model and how it can support leadership programmes to bring about greater insights and behavioural change.

Workshop Agenda

  Arrive, welcome, introductions, safety agreement

Mindfulness and grounded presence - stepping into our leadership power

Observing the herd - what can horses teach us about different personality types and team dynamics?

Meet the herd - how do we quickly develop connection and trust?

Authentic leadership - leadership in practice and learning from feedback

  Human-centred leadership

  Summary and closing thoughts.

All this takes place at HorseSense UK's all-weather facilities in the beautiful High Weald Proctected Landscape. Meet other forward thinking leaders in this morning dedicated to growing and expanding your company's leadership expertise.

Up to 2 decision makers per organisation are invited to attend this taster session. No previous experience of horses or mastery of riding required as full instruction on how to be safe around horses will be given, and all interactions take place from the ground. Light refreshments and toilets available.

"Really good session, a great way to learn in an unusual environment. Great lessons from the horses that are applicable in work or life settings."

"Fantastic way to explore some very traditional and classic leadership styles in a truly telling environment - in that the horses don't sugarcoat feedback!"

"Really enjoyable. Such an eye-opening experience. I will be reflecting a lot on this."
