About the event
In a world that is increasingly dominated by AI, high pressure levels and teams that are struggling to keep up engaging strategies that will minimise stress levels and maximise output has become a must.
Modern leaders need to stay calm under pressure, respond to the moment and take decisive action that leads the company forwards, whilst honouring the environment and the people they are leading.
There is a species of animal that has been role modelling this behaviour with great efficacy for 55 million years. That animal is horses.
HorseSense UK and organisation development experts Passe-Partout have teamed up to offer an experiential leadership taster morning with horses for those that would like to learn leadership skills straight from the horse's mouth.
Valued for it's not-judgemental and holistic approach, Equine Faciliated Coaching provides a novel, immersive learning experience, allowing deep and impactful learning in a short space of time. This 3-hour workshop will demonstrate the Equine Faciliated Coaching model and how it can support leadership programmes to bring about greater insights and behavioural change.
