Join a Unique Family Based Workshop hosted in conjunction with Nature’s Health Service!

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the most natural healing ingredient - our breath, with the serene practice of forest bathing and the gentle and grounding gift of spending time with horses. Our workshop for parents and children aged 7+ offers a rare opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your loved ones and nature, guided by experienced wellbeing leaders in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

Why Join Our Workshop?

Experience the Magic of Forest Bathing

  • Rejuvenate Your Mind and Body: Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that involves mindful immersion in the forest environment. Scientific studies have shown that forest bathing can reduce stress, boost mood, help regulate our behaviours and reactions, improve concentration and improve overall well-being.
  • Deepen Your Connection with Nature: Learn to exercise and engage your senses and deepen your appreciation for the natural world as you walk through lush forests, breathe in the fresh air, and listen to the soothing sounds of the woods.

Connect with the Wisdom of Horses

  • Emotional Healing and Growth: Horses are intuitive and sensitive animals that can mirror our emotions and help us understand our inner selves. Through therapeutic interactions with horses participants can gain insights into their emotions, improve self-awareness, and develop emotional resilience.
  • Build Trust and Confidence: Working with horses requires presence and authenticity, fostering trust and confidence. Experience the unique bond that forms between humans and horses in a safe, supportive environment.

Connect with Your Breath

  • Learn the Art of Good Breathing: What good breathing looks, feels and sounds like and how it can support you and your family with in the moment anxiety management, quality sleep and both recovery and prevention of long-term health challenges.
  • Build the Mind and Body Connection: Experience some simple breathwork tools to help calm and connect with the moment.
